ryan sheppard: This was the first book I actually ever bought regarding crypto, I have found that too many are written as being the best thing to explain crypto and making money, but this book is a must have for anyone to understand a new era in finance and covers the good, the bad and misunderstood! Markus has written this book in such a way that it is accessible and understandable to people who do not normally read financial books! Truly enjoyed reading it and will definitely read again.
Andrew Mitchell: When I ordered this book, I knew about Bitcoin and SBF, but not much else. Now, thanks to Markus Thielen’s informative and accessible text, I have a good understanding of all the people and events that have shaped the cryptocurrency markets over the past fifteen years. I wholeheartedly recommend this book, not only to crypto ignorants like my former self, but also to crypto enthusiasts looking to increase their understanding of this fascinating and fast-changing world.
Mohiuddin: Crypto Titans is the modern version of Michael Lewis's classic book "Liar's Poker". Like 30 years ago when many wanted to become bond salesmen, today many want to become crypto traders. This book tells many essential stories about the ups and owns of crypto market -- about billion dollar bets, cutting corners (unethical and regulatory ones), and the consequences of those actions. Like Michael Lewis's book many will dismiss the warning signs and dive deep into crypto after reading this book.
You don't even have to be crypto fan yourself to appreciate this book. Thielen takes you on crypto's journey from obscurity to global obsession, describing vividly the maniacal highs and apocalyptic lows of this new global asset class.
Highly recommend this book for all interested in the story of crypto.
Teni Atriani: A lively and insightful overview of the crypto, an industry with characters larger than life, by one of its foremost strategists. There are plenty of books on crypto. This one puts it all together and an easy to read format.

Thielen's passion for the subject shines through his storytelling, accompanied by exhaustive research, making this book an invaluable resource. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a curious newcomer, this captivating journey through the fascinating world of cryptocurrencies will leave you inspired and eager to explore the endless possibilities that lie ahead. It's an excellent gift choice for friends and family who are yet to fully grasp the potential of this technology that is destined to revolutionize our world.
